He was predeceased by: his wife Dot Rogers; and his siblings, Bob Rogers, Mary Hill Branch, Jean Lewis and Beulah Rogers "Skeet".
He is survived by: his daughter Jan Shooter (Ricky) of Rowland; his siblings, Bud Rogers (Josey) of Rowland, Betty Blackmon of Florence and Linda Sawyer (Dickie) of Dillon; and his grandson Keith Shooter (Amy).
