He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster B. Harley and Nellie Page Harley; and his siblings, Freeman, Don, Clearencewillie, Kenneth, Mary Frances Harley Warren and Shirley Harley Stackhouse.
He is survived by: his cousin JB Harley; his wife Maggie Pierce Harley; and his sisters, Erdein Harley Randall (Robie) of Harrisburg, PA and Delores Harley Roy (Ellis) of Harrisburg, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
