She is survived by: her daughter Priscilla Oxendine; her siblings, Shirley Locklear of Lumberton, Lucy Locklear of Lumberton, Dora Harrigon of Lumberton, Paulette Locklear of Lumberton and Beauford Locklear (Veronica) of Lumberton; her grandchildren, Brianna N. Locklear, Camella A. Locklear and Cheyanne Locklear; and her close friend Joyce Sampson. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
