He is survived by: his brother Glenn Locklear; his wife Mable; and his siblings, Carl Locklear of Rowland, James Locklear (Wanda) of Lumberton, Rosie Hunt of Lumberton, Patricia Thomas (William Buck) of Lumberton and Mary Ann Locklear (Jimmy) of Lumberton.
