He is survived by: his wife Linda Britt Clark; his children, Howard "Chuckie" Plowman, Jr. (Nicole) and Craiganna Clark Ellis (Michael Ellis); and his siblings, Jerry Wilson Hunt, James Edward Hunt (Nancy), Craven Clark (Janis), Roy Clark (Peggy), Dr. Terry Clark, Josette "Polly" Clark Jones, Jo Ann Clark Hunt (LeVern), Barbara Clark Locklear (Leverne) and Kelly Clark Moore (Charlie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
