It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Coleda Hunt Ransom (Rowland, North Carolina), who passed away on January 8, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Braxton Hunt and Maryetta Hunt; her husband Archie Ransom; and her children, Gene Ransom of Pembroke, Christopher Hunt, Keith Ransom of Rowland, Claudette Locklear, Barbara Jacobs, Tina Hunt of Lumberton, Cathy Locklear of Fairmont, Anita Ransom, Connie Mceachern of Rennert, Teresa R. Jacobs of Rowland and Mary Donna Blocker of Alabama. She was also cherished by 30 grandchildren; 58 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
