He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Simmons of Rowland; his son Zane Collins; his sister Melissa Wilson of Cerro Gordo, NC; his nephew Riley Wilson of Cerro Gordo; and his aunt Debbie Britt of Lumberton. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
