It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arristia Junior Oxendine (Rowland, North Carolina), who passed away on November 30, 2018, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arrister Oxendine and Arminda Bartley Oxendine; his sister Lena Bell Oxendine; and his nephew D. L. Mcgirt. He is survived by: his wife Eleisa Locklear Oxendine; his children, Arristia Oxendine II, Vallane Dianne Oxendine of Rowland, Ericka Locklear of Pembroke and Arlena Victoria Oxendine of Fairmont; his siblings, Gary Hunt of Fayetteville, Mary Helen Hunt of Rowland, Arlinda Jones and Teresa Strickland; and his grandchildren, Mahaley Turner, Makenley Oxendine, Landon Oxendine, Davidson Locklear and Enicia Aguliar. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
