He is survived by: his children, Nicole Thomas Jr. (Roy) of Rowland, NC, Aldawson Jr. Shipman (Christy) of Rowland, NC and Quentin Shipman (Myra); and his siblings, John Calvin Shipman (Cynthia) of Rowland, NC, Ricky Shipman of Rowland, NC, Ray Shipman, Diane Brown (Devon), Queen Page (Carl) and Mitchellville, MD. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
