He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Irene Shotwell Pulliam of Virginia; and his brother Robert Cleveland "Henry" Pulliam. He is survived by: his wife Anelia Peed Pulliam; and his siblings, Eddie Raeford Pulliam (Gina) of Roxboro, Doris P. Whitfield (Jerry) of Holden Beach and Shirley P. Long (Bing) of Roxboro.
