She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Hunter Keatts and Essie Peed Keatts; and her husband Melvin Clayton Keatts. She is survived by: her children, Richard Keatts (Sharon) of Rougemont and Rhonda Vaughan (Donald) of Rougemont; her grandchildren, Eric Keatts and Sylvia Garrett; and her pet Max. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
