He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis David Frazier and Peggy Joyce Gentry Frazier; his brothers, David Frazier and Michael Frazier; his granddaughter Caitlyn Tilley; and his great grandchild Addisyn Tilley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Frazier Tilley (Clyde "Peaches" Solomon) of Roxboro and Lori Frazier of Rougemont; his sisters, Melody Myers of Rougemont and Ramona Brogden (Tommy) of Stem; his grandsons, Collin Blake Tilley (Patricia) and Conner Blayne Tatum; and his great grandchildren, Jaycee Morris, Caitlyn Tilley and Cayden Tilley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
