He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Joe; his parents, Richard Collins and Helen Yocum Hall; his brother Robert "Bobby" Collins; his daughter Kimberly Riley Carden; his close friend Lola "Jan" Hargraves; his children, Debra Abney (Joseph), Allison Collins (Clifton), Gregory Riley and Bazen Jack "BJ" Collins (Kiera); and his grandchildren, Shannon Blake, Britney Sineath, Jared Riley, Melissa Holt, Chasity Collins and Kenny Wayne Collins. He was also cherished by many great grandchildren.
