It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Delano Blalock of Rougemont, North Carolina, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roby Blalock and Viola Eakes Blalock. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Peed Blalock; his children, DeAnn L. Blalock of Roxboro, NC and Darrin W. Blalock (Heather) of Franklinton, NC; his siblings, Rexford Blalock (Hazel) of Timberlake, NC and Vionette B. Tapp of Roxboro, NC; and his grandchildren, Hadley Blalock and Devin Blalock.
Due to the restrictions in place from Covid 19 there will be no formal funeral service at this time.
