She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Blalock, Sr. and Annie Sarah Tilley Blalock; her husband Robert Morris Carver; and her siblings, Raymond Blalock, John Thomas Blalock, Jr., Valeria B. Marshall, Charlie S. Blalock and James William Blalock.
She is survived by: her son Michael B. Blalock (Elizabeth) of Rougemont; her stepchildren, Penny Hogan, Judy Gravitte, Teresa Woody (Charles) and Matthew Carver (David Rose); her siblings, David "Preacher" Blalock of Timberlake and Lucille B. Pulliam of Timberlake; her grandsons, Brian K. Blalock and Craig A. Blalock (Meagan); and her stepgrandchildren, Erica Clayton (Donnie), Shane Hogan, Candyce Williams (Rodney) and Joshua Carver. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
