It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara McNeill of Rougemont, North Carolina, born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Vernon and Gaynell Terry Ross; her husband Paul Wilson McNeill; and her siblings, Katherine Wray and Buck Ross.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra McKeever of Wilmington, NC; her grandchildren, Keeley McKeever and Seth McKeever; her brother Jerry Ross (Virginia) of Rougemont, NC; her nephew Randy Ross (Bonnie) of Creedmoor, NC; and her pet Rossie (Kim West).
