It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Garcia of Rosman, North Carolina, born in Brevard, North Carolina, who passed away on September 13, 2021, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Sheila Wallace of Charleston, SC and David Cooper of Seneca, SC.; her fiancé Daniel Hull; her daughters, Brittany Hernandez of Smithfield, NC and Dana Garcia of Moncks Corner, SC; and her siblings, David Cooper, Jr. of Chambersburg, PA, Scott Cooper (Deanna) of Shipensburg, PA and April Valdez (Carlos) of Neptune, NJ. She is also survived by aunts and cousins.
