He was predeceased by: his parents, E. R. Galloway and Bobbie Galloway; and his siblings, Charles Elam, Scott, Jovhenell, Hilda and Roscoe.
He is survived by: his wife Marvita Galloway; his sister Madrie McRainey; his children, Billy (Vickie Galloway), Sherry (James Fendley), Heidi Galloway and Candace (Alton Newman); and his grandchildren, Michael (Monica King), Ashley (Derek Starkey), Megan (Alan Arthur), Jacob, Olivia Gainsborg, Colton and Brayden Newman. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
