He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Gene Schultz. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Galloway; his sisters, Nora Dean (Donnie) and Brenda Schultz; his daughter Lisa Galloway (Matt); his granddaughter Destynee; his niece Kelly; his nephew Matt; his great-nephew Dylan; and his daughter Selena.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to one's favorite charity.
