He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lavery and Marion Boland Lavery; and his brothers, Paul and Stephen Lavery. He is survived by: his son Painting; his wife Lori Ann; his grandson John Lavery; his daughter Lexa; his son-in-law Timothy Lavery (Ashley); his grandchildren, Cody, Jacob, Onalee and Troy Lavery (Karen); his great grandchildren, Brynley and J. T.; his granddaughter Michelle Foster (Kris); his great grandchildren, Bryce, Makayla, Madelyn and Meleah; his grandson Bruce Fatlan (Beth); his great grandchildren, Bailey, Brody and Britney; his grandson Brian Fatlan (Jill); his great grandchildren, Dylan and Devon; his mother-in-law Betty; and his brother Bobby Lavery (Laurie).
