She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Randolph and Effie Hylemon Randolph; and her son William "Will" Cathey. She is survived by: her husband William Johnson Cathey, Jr.; her children, Samuel Bryan Cathey (Mary Kay), Sara Cathey and Cindy Edith McCall (Michael); and her grandchildren, Andrew Caathy, Arthur Lee Cathey, Jesse McCall, Blythe McCall, Nathan McCall, Mary Juanelle Cathey, Anastasia Cathey and William Gregory Cathey. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
