She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Claude Holcombe and Ruth Cantrell Holcombe; and her brothers, Kenneth Warden Holcombe, Hinton Holcombe, Harrison "Shorty" Holcombe and James "Pete" Holcombe.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur Aiken; her sons, Clayton Aiken (Debbie) and Bryan Aiken (Cynthia); and her grandson Kenneth Aiken. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moody-Connolly Funeral Home (181 S Caldwell St, Brevard, NC 28712). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at the Old Toxaway Baptist Church (3280 Old Toxaway Rd, Brevard, NC 28712).
