He is survived by: his wife Melba Owen; his sons, Eric Owen (Tracy) and Jamie Owen; his siblings, Berlis Owen, Opal Lee Kamora and Ollie Mae Wood; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Owen and Amanda Owen; and his great grandchild Lillianah Owen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
