He was predeceased by: his parents, James Manley and Bertha Parker Faircloth; his sister Ann Long; and his nephew Dwayne Armstrong. He is survived by: his children, Lorrie Camp of Florida and Woody Faircloth of Florida; and his siblings, Susan Armstrong of New Bern, Wendy Butler of Roseboro and Manley Faircloth of Roseboro. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
