She is survived by: her husband Robert Joseph Austin; her children, Angela Benge, Micheal Shanon Adams, James Robert Austin and John Paul Austin; and her siblings, James Robert Simmons, Mary Ann Simmons Fann and Rebeca Faye Simmons Bryant. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
