She is survived by: her husband Benjamin F. "Goodie" Spell; her daughter-in-law Donna Spell of Roseboro; her grandchildren, Jonathan Honeycutt (Cortney), Brandon Carter (Brittney), Tracy Williams (Jonathan), Tara Simpson (Eric), Jessica Allen (Gibby), Troy Spell (Lauren), Savannah Alderson (Dallen), Auston Spell (Karen) and Benjamin Spell; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Williams, Emery Williams, Denton Williams, Kerigan Simpson, Kenedy Simpson, Brycen Carter, Brayden Carter, Brynna Carter, Jordyn Jackson, Paisley Jackson, Dawson Allen, Gunner Spell and Tyson Guyton; and her siblings, Teenie Griffith, Betty Spell, Ann House, Alma Palmer, Edward Williams and David Williams.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:50 PM at the Union Grove Baptist Church (395 Vander Rd, Salemburg, NC 28385). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
