He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Lurell Blake and Mary Gladys Matthews Blake; and his sister Jane Carolyn Blake Blauser. He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Nicks (Robert, Jr.) of Clemmons, Jackie Bass (Chris) of Salemburg and Bobby Blake (Leigh Patterson) of Salemburg. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
