He was predeceased by: his father Albert Glenn; his brother Allen Dwight Stewart; and his grandparents, Lloyd, Ilene Stewart, Clifton and Beulah Avery.

He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Ann Avery Stewart (Harold Cain); and his caregiver Margaret Hairr. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
