She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Kingsley Kiser and Margaret Williams Kiser; her husband Ray Smith; and her sister Janice Cartwright. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Hairr (James) of Salemburg and Robert Smith (Connie) of Roseboro; her granddaughters, Rayleigh Smith, Ruthann Smith and Elliana Hairr; and her nephew Ryan Cartwright.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Butler Funeral Home (401 W Roseboro St, Roseboro, NC 28382). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Shiloh Pentecostal Holiness Church (2271 Autry Mill Rd, Godwin, NC 28344).
