With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Minnie Ruth Bryan Simpson (Roseboro, North Carolina), who passed away on November 9, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Grad and Mary Lena Johnson Bryan; and her son Arnold Simpson. She is survived by: her husband Claude C. Simpson; her children, Connie Calmer of Bennettsville, S. C., Janet Weber of Roseboro and Curtis Simpson of Garland; and her siblings, Mattie Oliver of Garland, Margie Melvin of Chadbourn and Julian Bryan of Bladenboro. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
