She is survived by: her daughter Carmen Simmons (Brian); her granddaughter Skylar Elise of Roseboro; her son Jaime Fajardo (Leigh Ann); her granddaughters, Annabelle Claire and Madeline Grace of Fuquay Varina; her son Cory Fajardo (Tracy Lee); and her granddaughters, Cassidy Rose and Cameron Josephine of Madisonville, LA..
