It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Lucas of Roseboro, North Carolina, who passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Perdo Lucas and Verma Tart Lucas; his granddaughter Caroline Robinson; and his siblings, Bobby Lucas, Margaret Crumpler and Jean Tindall.
He is survived by: his wife Elgie Lucas; his daughter Angie Robinson (Kevin Mitchell) of Roseboro; his stepdaughter Christy Brigman (Ward) of Lumberton; and his siblings, Jerry Lucas of Roseboro and Judy Lucas of Roseboro. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
