It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lacye Owen (Roseboro, North Carolina), born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 10, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Robert C. Owen; her son Robert C. Owen, Jr.; her wife Deborah of Winterville, N. C.; her son David B. Owen (Jacqueline) of Dusseldorf; her grandchildren, Bailey Owen, Christian Owen of Winterville, N. C. and Cody Owen of Dusseldorf; her brother James D. Harris (Beverly) of Fayetteville, N. C; and also, Germany and Lacye.
