He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Neal Hall; and his grandfather Billy Hall. He is survived by: his mother Mandy Elizabeth Leftwich; his son Preston Hall; his siblings, Frankie Neal Hall (Melissa) and Amy Hall (Bryan Toler); and his grandmother Hazel Hall.
