We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2020, at the age of 91, Haywood Harris Sr. (Roseboro, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Avner Fleet and Lois Wood Harris; and his wife Ruth Elizabeth Hawkins Harris. He is survived by: his children, Carmen Jenkins (Mark) of Roseboro and Pete Harris, Jr. of Roseboro; his grandchildren, Alison Frazier of Mark Jenkins, II and Josh Harris; and his great grandchildren, Wells Harris and Luna Frazier.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Roseboro First Baptist Church, 3720 S. Salemburg Highway, Roseboro, NC 28382.
