She was predeceased by: her parent Claude Faircloth. She is survived by: her parent Nellie Gautier Faircloth; her husband Robert E. Hardman, Sr.; her son Chris Matthews (Dana) of New Bern; and her grandsons, Grant Matthews and Coye Matthews.
