She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Sinclair and Vada Sinclair; and her brothers, Pete and Johnnie Sinclair. She is survived by: her husband William Dodson; her sons, Anthony (Christine), James (Joy) and Aaron (Tracey Few); her grandchildren, Logan, Will, Wade, Katie and Emily; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Paul Sinclair and Faye Kelly. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carolyn's memory to support the outreach ministry of Piney Green Baptist Church in Salemburg, NC.
