He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Naylor Herring (Hugh) of Roseboro; his fiancée Jennifer Leigh Patterson of Fayetteville; his sisters, Charlotte Nicks (Robert) of Clemmons and Jackie Bass (Chris) of Salemburg; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney of Salemburg, Caitlyn of Salemburg, Caden Bass of Salemburg, Ashley Faubus of Flat Rock and David Faubus of Asheville.
