She is survived by: her daughters, Kay Lane Spearman (James), Rita Lane Arnette (Barry) and Michelle Lane Stanley (Brian Neuhardt); her sisters, Margaret Bass, Dorothy Carr and Gayle Matthews; her grandchildren, James Christopher Spearman (Brandy), Heather Kay Carter (Clay), Barrett Whitehurst Spearman (Molly), Jennifer Lindsay Hedrick (Chase), Walter Layne Stanley, Lisa Nicole Stanley and Lauren Elizabeth Stanley; and her great grandchildren, Madison Reece Hawkins, Kipp Alderman Hawkins and Brinkley Dey Spearman.
