With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Travis Earl Chestnutt of Rose Hill, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 2, 2024 at the age of 67. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Chestnutt and Eloise Register Chestnutt; his son Brandon; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Chestnutt of Rose Hill; his grandchildren, Emma Marie Chestnutt and Bryleigh Kate Chestnutt; his mother-in-law Mary Walker of Penderlea; his sisters-in-law, Annette Walker of Penderlea and Betty Walker Sullivan (Virgil) of Leland; his niece Dawn McCumbee; his great-nephew Matthew of Wilmington; his friend Travis; and his grandchildren, Emma Marie and Bryleigh Kate.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial gifts be given to Rose Hill Volunteer Fire Department, PO Box 478, Rose Hill, NC 28458 in memory of Travis.
