He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lynda Brinkley Hollingsworth of Wallace and Raymond Allen Teachey, Sr.; his sister Vickie Joy Teachey; his grandparents, Herbert R., Janie Batchelor Teachey, Buren Sr. and Elene Brinkley; his wife Marta Ramos Teachey; his son Nelson Jimenez (Leticia Lemus) of Dalton; his stepmother Linda Aycock of Chinquapin; his father-in-law Sebastian Sanchez of Rose Hill; his grandchildren, Jonathan Jimenez, Alexis Jimenez and Andres Chavarria; his siblings, Sherry Lynn Teachey of Louisburg, Lynn McGee (SC) of Pelion, Kirby Bolin (Suzanna) of Willard and Carolyn Hull (SC) of Lexington; and his extended family, Alicia Lemus and Agustin Lemus. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews.
