She was predeceased by: her parents, Willian Franklin and Lillie Benson Anderson; the father of her children John Simpson "Buddy" Pike; her husband Henry Porter; and her brothers, Lester Anderson and Leonard Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, William Pike (Debbie) of Raleigh and Lavonda Teachey (Neil) of Rose Hill; her grandchildren, Sunshine Johnson, Teagan Pike, Christopher Pike, Layla Daughhetee and Kayla Pike; her great grandchildren, Emmett Foster, Zachary Pike and Jamahri Lucas; and her friend Linda. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
