She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen William and Mary Lilly Burton Quinn; her husband Theodore Rufus Rouse, Jr.; and her sister Billie Faye Brown. She is survived by: her children, Debbie R. Rhodes of Rose Hill and Michael Rouse (Jackie) of Southport; her grandchildren, Adrianne Paul, Christian Noel Rhodes, Jason Stancil (Tori) and Jonathan Stancil (Kristina); her great grandchildren, Khloe Rhodes and Jack Stancil; her sister Ann Quinn Lanier of Chinquapin; her siblings-in-law, Marion Holland of Rose Hill and Ted Brown of Jacksonville; and her friend Judy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
