He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Vernon Todd, Sr. and Elwood Skipper Todd Ramsey; and his brother Clyde Vernon Todd, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Losaw Todd; his children, Crystal Todd Swygert of South Carolina, Jess Todd of Wallace and Rhonda Todd of Wallace; his grandsons, Nicholas Vanover and Michael Vanover; his sisters, Shirley Todd Fowler of Wilmington and Venessa Todd Martindale (Craig) of Wilmington; and his friend Earl. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home to help with Earl's funeral expenses.
