He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Roscoe Mobley and Mildred English Mobley Pierce; his daughter Sharon Mobley Todd; his brothers, Ray Mobley and Allen Mobley; and his stepfather Albert Pierce.

He is survived by: his wife Lois Johnson Mobley; his sons, Glenn Mobley (Ro) of Wallace and Greg Mobley (Christa) of Wallace; his grandchildren, Morgan Lee (John) and Drake Mobley; his great grandchild Olivia Lee; his granddaughter Adalynn Lee; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Mobley of Holly Ridge and Melba Mobley of Valrico, FL; his stepgrandchildren, Harry Artemisio, Patrick Artemisio and Holly Page; and his friend Harold. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made in Harold's name to Wallace Pentecostal Holiness Church, PO Box 354, Wallace, NC 28466.
