He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Myrick and Mildred Creech Myrick; and his brother Robert Myrick. He is survived by: his wife Judy Sheffield Myrick; his children, Robert "Rob" Myrick (Teresa) of Wilmington and April Griffith (Patrick) of Texas; his grandchildren, Chelsea Walker, Alex Deal and Preston Myrick; his brother Joseph Myrick (Wanda) of Rose Hill; and his friend Larry.
