He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Manwell Milby and Virginia Dare White Milby; and his daughter JoLynn Allysa Milby. He is survived by: his wife Carleen Elizabeth Mitchell Milby of Roper, NC; his children, Virginia D. Milby of Mechanicsville, VA., Wade McFadden of Colerain, NC and Wesley C. Milby of Mechanicsville, VA.; and his siblings, JoLynn M. Chelette and Wesley Hardin Milby.
