He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Martin Bissell, Sr. and Frances Bennett Ober; his daughter Stephanie Renee Tanke of Flagstaff, AZ; and his siblings, Lisa Bissell of Greenville and David Ober of Jupiter, FL.
