She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Hildred Weathersbee and Mabel Ayers Weathersbee of Virginia; her son Dwayne Tetterton; her brother Allen Weathersbee, Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Thomas Davenport and Billy Nicholson.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Lori Tetterton of Wilmington, NC; her granddaughters, Katie and Amanda; her siblings, Ann Davenport of Raleigh, NC, Annette Nicholson of Plymouth, NC and Bill Weathersbee (Shirley) of Cary, NC; and her stepchildren, Travis and Kristen.
