She is survived by: her children, Cindy Phelps Sherwood of Roper, NC, James Henry Phelps, Jr. (Cyndi) of Belhaven, NC and Paul Wayne Phelps of Roper, NC; and her siblings, Ann Twiddy of Plymouth, NC, Ina Price of Jamesville, NC, Walter Roberson of Plymouth, NC and Joseph Roberson of Plymouth, NC.
